Austin Plans for Permits was founded in 2008 after the owner, c.b., managed the complete renovation of a 30,000 sf office building in Austin and experienced firsthand the bureaucracy and maddening red-tape of the City of Austin firsthand. Determined to simplify the process for others, he spent months studying and created a unique approach to do just that.
