Dr. Momtaz Nahar is a Family Medicine physician who earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and chemical biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in 2013. She earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2018. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Mercy Health Saint Mary's in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 2021.

Ndianabasi Mbride, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her Bachelor of Science in zoology and biomedical sciences in 2008 at the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She earned her medical degree in 2016 at Saint James School of Medicine, St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. In 2020, Dr. Mbride completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in 2022, she served as attending staff physician at Oak Street Health in Memphis, Tenn.

Dr. Jeffrey Juneau completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 2007. He earned his medical degree in 2011 at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. In 2014, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and in 2020 completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans. Dr. Juneau was a clinical instructor for Internal Medicine residents and medical students at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, N.J., from 2015 to 2017. Dr. Juneau joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2020.
