This is a very beautiful apartment complex off Anderson Ln and Mopac in Allandale neighborhood of Austin. I lived there for a year starting in 2018 through late 2019. It's one of those places...

Walls are very thin. Floors are not level. There are basically no windows in the place so no natural light. Will charge tons of hidden fees

Complained about my A/C for months and it finally broke 'it just wasn't working correctly during the afternoon?' was the feedback I received. Took them 1 week to fix it in the beginning of summer....

Great community! Truly what old Austin used to feel like. Plus easy access to shopping and entertainment.
