I went to sign up for adult education, I can't speak English, and every staff member I met was friendly and enthusiastic. Parking in the campus is very convenient, the school is big and clean,

What is the deal with the parking here? It's way too crowded with people parked on the sides for the road and double parked behind cars. If the police weren't there guarding the fire lanes, people...
