Had a charge issue that I've tried to get resolved ,evidently someone on thier end didn't file the claim so now I have to wait another 10 business days for my money to be put back in my account !!...

Please avoid this branch at all costs. No one cares about customers here. They're definitely not helpful in any way. Any other bank anywhere would be a much better option.
