I went in to have my perma-cath access removed. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and my cath removal was a piece of cake.

It was not crowded. I had an appointment to have my fistula evaluated. It was a little chilly inside. The check-in nurse was professional and efficient. They detected some narrowing and fixed it....
