Think I will stop ordering from this location. Either they burn the pretzels or they taste stale. They used to be good, hot & fresh. Just inconsistent.

The pretzel was completely dry and unpleasant to eat. The pretzel nuggets were also much darker than usual. The bowl, waffle and almond pretzel were pretty good.

No thankfulness for ordering from the establishment. Practically threw my order at me .. shut the window and left. How about teaching your employees without customers about politeness and if not...

Tried to go here again, and again they don't have anything ready. Wanted two pretzel dogs and all they had was one. Not trying again
