The inspiration to start this business came after a sobering experience working as a personal trainer at a large gym. During this experience I learned very little about being a better trainer, but I learned a lot about sales, manipulation, and generally how trainers with questionable ethics acquire clients. It would be wrong to say that all gyms and trainers only care about getting your money, but unfortunately it is common. I decided that I wanted to work in an environment where honesty and integrity were present in all business practices. I soon realized that the only way I could ensure this was to start my own company. Subsequently, Precision Health & Fitness became a reality.SpecialtiesIn-home client centered personal training, where every program is designed for the client's unique goals and needs. Programs are designed with long-term health in mind, so workouts improve muscles and joints, correct posture, strengthen bones, and more. Training specialties include Swiss balls, bands, medicine balls, and traditional weights. All exercises are biomechanically correct, to train the body to move and function properly. This is essential for improving core stability, decreasing low back pain, and alleviating stress from upper back/neck muscles, which are common issues that can be improved with the right training program. Precision Health & Fitness also has business policies designed to make things easy for the client, not milk them for extra money. No long-term contracts or overpriced training packages, just one low rate. Rates are per session, not per hour, as sessions can go long, so clients can ask questions and complete each workout without feeling rushed.
