I went to this AT&T store when my email app completely quit working. I bought a brand new iPhone at the Apple Store in Dallas hoping they could help me retrieve my emails, no they couldn't help...

Worst customer service. These employees do the minimum to help. I could barely understand the guy who "helped" us. Not clear or loud when speaking. Couldn't help, didn't even try to.
