The place is located inside Texican court so it's really hard to find. A board that says assemble coffee or something leading to the coffee shop would be nice. This a hotel coffee shop and if...

Assemble Coffee is literally a refreshing addition to Texican Court. I admit that I'm a coffee snob. Iced coffee drinks have been my jam this year. I had to try the vanilla cold cream cold brew....

This place is now top of my list - quite beautiful ambience and really nice people. There's free 2-hour parking in the lot right around the corner.

vanilla cold brew hands down. the only thing that really sucks is parking. somehow i was able to get one that wasn't valet. seems to be very dog friendly since there are water bowls everywhere....
