Property Management As asset managers and marketing specialists, we are responsible for the RSR Property Management Portfolio, complimenting the fully integrated commercial team of brokerage, development, appraisal, marketing and consulting professionals at the firm. The RSR Property Management Division oversees approximately 600, 000 square feet of retail, office, warehouse and single family residential properties in the central Pennsylvania area. Our firm strives to maintain and create value consistent with an owner's objectives through an efficient balance of tenant and owner relations, financial reporting, budgeting and expense control, risk management, capitalized expenditure planning, and all other property management operational aspects. Our firm specializes in tax assessment appeals, energy audits, long range planning and development, all in achieving our primary focus to represent our clients' best interests. The process of maintaining and creating value in an owner's property is fortified by the RSR Property Management Division in facilitating an owner's objective in a confidential, innovative, creative, problem-solving, and technological manner, using the highest standard of professional ethics. A number of our Partners and Associates have managed or manage significant properties including shopping centers, warehouses, office facilities and apartments.
