Such a joke when it comes to parking! They used to have it where they required each apartment with more than 1 vehicle to reserve covered parking because they're parking is inadequate, but now...

When you move out they will charge you for normal wear and tear, for the blinds. (After 2.5 years) Pet deposit isn't applied. They will say you had Sheetrock damage but no proof or show me where....

Great view of lake!! Lots to do around the area as well . The staff is very helpful and the animals gives it a zoo like feel
