Arttie is a nice alternative to Dot's and Rue 21. And the clothes are definitely made better than whatever you find on the racks at Strut. The store is big and they cram it full of the latest...

Much nicer quality than Rue 21 or Dot's....the clothes are well made and very styllish. There is also a crap-ton of adorable jewelry and purses. Good prices and SALES ....check it out!
