At our bakery we have a love and passion for food and when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes I decided to make homemade healthy foods without sacrificing taste. By not depriving myself from the foods I like and enjoy I made it my mission to share this love and passion to other people like me with diabetes.Anyone can enjoy these delicious baked goods. Our products are made with fresh ingredients from local farmers to produce these delicious baked goods. All our baked goods are made with your health in mind and it will reflect in the taste. Specialties

We're a Texas Cottage Food operator specializing in making delicious diabetic friendly cookies, cookie bars, pies, jams, jellies and a lot more. We do not use any sugar substitutes nor preservatives in any of our products. Our ingredients come from local area farmers in Atascosa, Bexer, Frio, Guadalupe and Wilson counties. These delicious baked goods are not only limited to diabetics but anyone who enjoy healthy snacks. Stop by our booth every Saturday between 10am and 3pm at the Huebner Oaks Farmers Market located at 11745 West Interstate 10 in San Antonio. When you buy our products you're also supporting local area farmers.
