It was so good, I got it two days in a row. Al dente pasta that is cooked correctly and doesn't stick in your teeth! Amazing flavors that I've been missing since I've moved to Austin from Chicago!

We are a food trailer located in South Austin, serving AUTHENTIC Italian pasta and desserts. Our pasta is made from scratch, following the real ancient recipes, while all the sauces are home made. We use only primary and fresh ingredients (part of them coming directly form Italy), and our main focus is the satisfaction of our customers. We hope to see you all!
