We are providing charitable healthcare to 750 adult residents of Kendall County. Surveys show patients are very satisfied with our services and we are making them healthier. As a result, our patients are less likely to suffer disabling complications and less likely to overuse our local ER for preventable problems. We have a 75% success rate in reducing health risks through exercise, weight loss, healthy diet, and smoking cessation. The Mission also promotes volunteerism in the community.
