Specialties

The Happiness Program is spread over 5 consecutive days, in which we teach powerful breathing techniques, yoga and practical wisdom to free our minds from negative tendencies. If we have everything in life but no joy or love, would life be worth living? In order to experience joy and love, we need to clear our mind and heart from stress and negativity. We all want to get rid of negativity and stress, but how do we achieve that? This potential is already within us. Even though we have been breathing all our life, we may not have experienced that our breath can relax our mind. Through this we can greatly reduce our worries and stress levels without compromising our busy lifestyle. We nurture a deep sense of joy and compassion within our self and find that our mind is calm and peaceful even amidst difficult situations in life.
