The owner was rude on the phone and in person. And his shop was a mess - very untidy. I left with my shoes in hand.

Great turn around time. I dropped a pair of shoes off for new heels on a Wednesday and was told they'd be ready on Friday. The only thing I don't like is you have to prepay for the service....

I DO NOT, recommend this place. I took my $200 boots to him to have him re-glue the soles as they were coming apart at the top. There is glue that melted into my boots...melted the leather off....
