Architect Search Inc is a national provider of talent in the architectural community. Since 1998, the firm has placed nearly 500 architects, with a 96 percent success rate. Being devoted exclusively to a niche market gives us a unique opportunity to serve the architectural community with a focus and expertise unrivaled by other executive search firms. Architect Search Inc was founded in 1998 by Darrell Day, the company's current President/CEO. The vision for Architect Search struck while Mr. Day was Editor of "Columns" magazine for the AIA-Dallas. While writing a cover story for Columns, he interviewed principals of architectural firms who all lamented that their biggest problem was finding good people. Mr. Day did an Internet search, finding no other executive recruiting firms specializing in architects. Mr. Day created Day Company, placing his first architect on September 1, 1998, and the company's name was changed to Architect Search in March, 1999. In early 2000, Architect Search opened an additional office in Las Vegas, and we now represent more than 250 architecture firms nationwide.
