At Arch Complete Health, we provide preventive care and teach healthy lifestyle choices, identify and treat common medical conditions, assess your medical problems, and make referrals to medical specialists when necessary. At Arch Complete Health, we provide chronic disease management through education, behavioral intervention, lifestyle modifications, and prescribed medications. Using an individualized approach focused on self-monitoring and medical management, decision making, or adoption and maintenance of health-promoting behaviors. At Arch Complete Health, we provide weight loss management with supervised prescribed medications. We will do an initial health assessment and obtain an EKG, draw blood to check your thyroid, kidney, and liver function, and hormones levels to create an individualized approach. Our in house Complete Care Program includes: Annual Wellness Physical and follow up, Laboratory Tests, and Prescriptions (if needed). $200 initiation fee with $50 Monthly charge $20 co-pay per additional visit
