I was the only person in there and the 3 lab technicians and receptionist stood around talking for about 20 to 30 minutes. Did not care I was sitting around waiting on them.

horrible. idiots. didn't do the test I asked for and charged me exorbitant fee for the test they did do. please go to a reputable clinic for blood testing. rude personnel in addition.
