Brought a uniform in to have some patches sewn on, and he claims there's a sign that says no patches. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other whether he can or is willing to sew patches, but...

I am a short girl, got a dress hymned! He charged me 216.00!!!!!!! It wasn't sequence or a difficult fabric. Prior he charged me $40!!! BEWARE!
