Another Broken Egg Cafe

First time here. Got to restaurant around 1120 and it was busy for a Saturday. But it only took 5 minutes to sit us down. Sami G was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about the food....

Service was good. The Eggs Benedict were lacikng... Eggs overcooked No discernible hollandaise sauce Green onions (!?) Won't try again

At 10:45 am on a tax free weekend there was about a 10 minute wait. As we waited for our food I noticed the line grew longer and even had folks waiting outside (in the summertime Texas heat)....

Good food, a variety of menu choices. Eggs Benedict just about any way you can think of it. Attentive service also.
