Founded in 1995, Soft Touch Home Care is a locally owned agency that offers a variety of programs for senior citizens and individuals with special needs. The agency provides diabetes self-management and wound and psychiatric nursing care services. Soft Touch Home Care offers speech, physical and occupational therapies. It also provides certified home health aides, as well as medical supplies to patients. The agency offers pharmacy, radiology and laboratory services, as well as medical equipment through special arrangements with third-party vendors. Its home health division has achieved Medicare and Medicaid certifications. Soft Touch Home Care serves Bexar, Medina and Atascosa counties in Texas.
