Really friendly staff that keep the place clean. Food came out in 10-15 minutes, with coffees taking around 5 minutes. Quiet area in the morning with kids and pets. Has limited indoor seating but...

Busy on the weekends but the line goes fast. This place is a neighborhood favorite of mine. A great way to slow down your morning and appreciate the beautiful patio and tunes on the speaker....
