Three Oaks Hospice Dallas provides compassionate hospice and palliative care services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our highly qualified and caring hospice team delivers a variety of services, including home health care, emotional support and end-of-life care for patients with a life-limiting illness and their families. From hospice volunteers and social workers to skilled nursing professionals, our hospice staff brings care directly to you, whether in your home, in a senior living facility, or wherever you call home. Services for patients with a terminal illness include pain management, personal care, spiritual care, respite care for family members and help with everyday tasks. Insurance plans accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare.
