You can taste the difference in the spirits brewed at Anderson Distillery & Grill in Roanoke, TX. Opening July, 2022, this local distillery specializes in craft vodka, whiskey, gin, and bourbon, as well as offering a scratch kitchen with a full menu. What started as a friendship between two men and a shared passion of friends and family has grown into this distillery and restaurant. Together, the men started with a dry rub for smoking meats until they discovered a shared interest in creating distilled spirits. After many distillery classes and several shared drinks between the two, they decided on opening Anderson Distillery & Grill as a place for the community to come and spend time with their friends and family as well as one another. When their doors open, you can expect nothing short of delicious meals paired with craft cocktails made with the finest distilled spirits in the region.
