The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry, the country, and the world, with its origins rooted in providing aid to military servicemen after World War I. Established in 1919, MSA aims to deliver services that individual Grand Lodges may find challenging to perform on their own.
MSA is recognized for its disaster relief efforts and operates a Hospital Visitation Program, which connects volunteers with military veterans in medical facilities across the United States.
