Received a beautiful piece of luggage - where the zipper snapped in half before I could even use it one time! Sent two emails with all pertinent information - no reply. No phone number to reach them.

Customer service is non-responsive & impossible to get a hold off. I need to replace wheels that were damaged by the airline. It's a brand new suitcase but it's impossible to find replacement...

Recently acquired Andare Barcelona luggage, but highly recommend that people don't purchase it as the TSA security lock is faulty to the point when the TSA key was inserted it cannot be removed....
