I never eat in hotel restaurants, but I read the reviews and decided to try it. The fried chicken sandwich was outstanding. And the staff, while busy, was attentive and a joy to be around....

Pretty darn good! The hamburger was what you would expect from a hotel bar, but the brussel sprouts and the turkey club were very good!!

Analog is located in the Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District on the first floor and is hard to miss! Open for lunch and dinner, their restaurant/bar has a good amount of variety...
