Amigos Del Valle, established in 1974, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income families in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, with a particular focus on supporting the elderly community. Through a variety of human services, including nutrition, housing, and transportation programs, the organization has positively impacted the lives of over 110,000 seniors, providing millions of meals and transportation trips over its nearly five decades of service.

Under the leadership of Executive Director Alex Guerra, Amigos Del Valle continues to evolve, embracing new opportunities for community partnerships and service improvements.
