We Started American Vape in Colorado Springs, CO in 2015, our goal is to continually provide excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and great selections. The sales associates are great, however the manager is extremely rude. Amanda (the manager) is very hostile and has zero customer service skills. She is impatient and unkind.

I went there while I was on vacation I was waiting in line one the associate was checking out a customer the manger was on the next cashier she look busy I didn't want to interrupt her I waited...
