OMG. How do i start. First. Worst seats ever. I think AA purposely made the seats 27 inches. So all their customers are skinny young people. Not elderly people. Then we travel from LAX to MIA....

It is a shame, business hours, a not a single person working. Line of people waiting, not even a sign saying "I will be right back" or something like that.

The customer service for this airline is worse than any other company we have ever had any dealings with. Will never fly this airline again. Even if we have to pay 200 dollars a ticket more....
