SpecialtiesI want to empower you to make positive changes in your life and overcome past challenges which may have led to current relationship issues, depression, panic attacks, anxiety, and substance abuse. I specialize in ADHD evaluation, as well as couples/marital therapy. My role is to help you gain insight regarding how past life experiences do not determine who you will be in the future. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focus on how to change our automatic negative thoughts into positive thoughts, thereby leading to changes in emotions. (Ex. Feelings of depression and anxiety will be replaced with feelings of contentment and happiness). I was licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 1999. I earned a Bachelors of Administration in Business administration and a Masters of Educational Psychology from Baylor University.
