Welcome to Laser Surgical Solutions RGV, PLLC, a full-service wound care and vascular surgery practice with offices in McAllen and Rio Grande City, Texas. We accept most health insurance plans and encourage new patients to check us out. General surgeon John Hovorka, MD, and wound care physician Cynthia Salinas, MD, lead our practice. Both providers have extensive experience diagnosing and treating vascular problems, including lymphedema and venous and arterial disease. People throughout South Texas visit us for complex wound care, diabetes management, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We also treat common circulatory problems, including varicose veins, leg swelling, leg pain, and leg cramping.

Health Care Unlimited is a home health care provider approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The center provides general and specialized nursing care to individuals at home, under the direct supervision of the patient s physician. It operates its own infusion pharmacy and specializes in intravenous therapy. The center s home health aides assist with bathing, meal preparations, dressing, light housekeeping and other activities of daily living. Its professional staff includes nurses, home health aides, social workers, pharmacists, dieticians, and physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapists. Health Care Unlimited is located in McAllen, Texas. The center provides patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
