Very neat entrance and easy to access. Right off the freeway. It was past office hours, but the elderly gentleman who managed the place came right over in his golf cart and checked us in. Nicest...

Office staff and owner are not friendly or curteous to speak to regarding recent visits. Cost to dump only is now $20 and to overnight stay is $25! Outrageous. More RV parks in the area that...
