Great customer service!! I really appreciate that they called to check on me during my auto claim process. I will admit I pay a little more but it's worth it to be able to get help when I need it....

I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in this area since I started college at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I earned both my bachelors and masters degrees.
