Established in 1996, Community Hospice of Texas is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of medical care services. It provides hospice care and related solutions for patients suffering from terminal illnesses. The organization offers skilled nursing, symptoms management, crisis intervention, pain control, medication administration, treatment planning and dietary consultation services. It additionally provides counseling and bereavement, emotional and spiritual support services for patients and their families.
