Now it is our turn to bring that tradition to Mansfield Texas and also to every customer who walks inside our store. We decided to open up our because we wanted to share our culture and family background through a more tangible media, and one that you could actually chew.SpecialtiesWe specialize in Carnitas Michoacan Style Basically Carnitas is Pork Meat deep fried in lard seasoned with lemon, orange, vinegar, salt and pepper, the secret here is the cooking process. We also make fresh Chicharrones, wich are pork grinds and is like a beef jerky but with all natural flavors. At the most we just add salt to them. During the weekend we sell Menudo, which is a Mexican classic for hangover recovery and we also sell barbacoa, which is mainly meat from the cows head and the chuck roll. Everything might sound a bit weird but trust us, if you come try us it will be worth the while. So give us a chance and come experience some real Mexican food.
