Ali Al-Himyary, MD, MPH

Elaine Garcia is a board certified internal medicine physician assistant. After earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Microbiology at the University of Houston - Downtown, Elaine completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. As a physician assistant, her work includes assessing and performing clinical exams for sick visits and annual physicals; managing wounds and infections; and performing therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations. Her responsibilities include direct patient contact and telemedicine services for outlying clinics for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Elaine joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2017.

Laura Rozell earned her Bachelor of Science in allied health at Texas A&M University in College Station in 2016. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2020. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in October 2020, Laura completed 12 clinical rotations for a combined 1,880 clinical hours involving 2,260 patients in a variety of surgical settings, including plastic surgery, general surgery, gynecologic oncology, and orthopedic surgery.

Leticia Maldonado, RN, is a certified family nurse practitioner who began her nursing career after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2007. In 2014, she graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with a Master of Science in Nursing. Leticia has cared for patients through a variety of nursing positions over the course of her career. These include positions at Ben Taub General Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. She also was a clinical instructor with the BSN program at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, Leticia worked as a family nurse practitioner at Project Vida in El Paso.
