History

It all started over 40 years ago when my dad began his culinary career. His favorite foods to make have always been Mexican desserts, and the stand out has always been his flan. A year ago, I began to see that not many people have had a good flan, having always been spoiled with such a great version of it, I decided to share it with my friends. After a month, everyone wanted more and more. Our inspiration comes from wanting to share a piece of our culture that people have been missing out on. Flan is a perfect complementary food to your tacos or enchiladas, and we are looking forward to having more people complete their perfect meals.
