Love the boots, great quality. Customer service was very helpful. They sent a pair which had a small scuff on and I was able to return with no issue whatsoever.

I received a cowboy boot that doesn't look anything like the photo. Their reply was "it's the right item" and "sorry, no refunds". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/BAIT AND SWITCH. BUYER BEWARE
