Shifat Khan attended Prairie View A&M School of Nursing in Houston, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. She's a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Over the course of her career, Shifat has cared for patients in a variety of hospital and clinic settings. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, she worked as a nurse practitioner at the Dr. Saleha Riaz Family Medicine Clinic from 2014 to 2015, the RediClinic Woodlands - Creekside in 2015, UT Physicians Greens Clinic from 2015 to 2020, and at Sanitas Medical Center from 2019 to 2020. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in November 2020.

Inyang Isemin, FNP-C, attended Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, earning both her bachelor's degree and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2007 and 2012, respectively. Practicing as a board-certified Family Medicine nurse practitioner since 2012, she is skilled in disease prevention and primary care. Inyang works with patients aged 7 and above with chronic and acute care concerns, including stomach disorders, well women's care, arthritis, diabetes, respiratory illness, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, nutrition, postmenopausal treatment, skin rashes and acne, sexually transmitted diseases, urinary and vaginal infections, and much more. Inyang joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2023.
