Dr. Chester Donnally is a Dallas native and board-certified spine surgeon known for using the least invasive surgical techniques to treat spinal conditions while minimizing pain and recovery time. He specializes in both minimally invasive procedures and complex adult spinal deformity corrections, including the iFuse Implant System® for SI joint disorders. A top graduate of SMU and Texas Tech, Dr. Donnally has authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications and speaks nationally on spine care. He’s committed to advancing spinal surgery through research, innovation, and compassionate care for his community.

Dr. Allmon is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in elbow, hand, and wrist surgery. He treats conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, DeQuervain’s tendonitis, ECU tendonitis, fractures, trauma, and sports injuries. He completed his fellowship in upper extremity surgery and microsurgery at the Hand Center of San Antonio and his orthopedic residency at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. A Harvard Medical School graduate, Dr. Allmon also holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University. Fluent in Spanish, he proudly serves the Dallas area and has been recognized as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor and among D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County.

Dr. Heier is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle care, including sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, and total ankle replacements. Fellowship-trained in foot and ankle surgery, he performs complex reconstructions, fusions, and arthroscopy with a focus on restoring mobility. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Florida College of Medicine, he completed residency at Baylor and fellowship at Florida Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Heier consults on advanced ankle replacement systems and serves as the Foot & Ankle Specialist for FC Dallas, the Texas Rangers, and other athletic programs. He is committed to treating patients like family and helping them return to active lives.
