Welcome to the Website of Vanco HISTORY: Since its beginning in 1960, Vanco Ring Gasket Speciality, Inc, has grown into a major producer of API and ASA metal ring-joint gaskets. Quality ring gaskets, available from stock or fast deliveries on special rings, and fair prices are the factors that helped Vanco Ring Gasket achieve its growth. QUALITY: API and ASA establish standards for the manufacture of ring gaskets. To insure that standards are met and that our customers receive quality ring gaskets, tight inspection controls are maintained through-out processing. Raw materials are examined for hardness, uniformity, and suitably to service conditions. After machining and plating ( where required ), our ring gaskets are inspected for dimensions, tolerance, finish, and appropriate workings. Finally they are packaged in boxes adequate to protect them from damage while in shipping and storage. PRODUCTION FACILITIES: Recently, Vanco moved into a new modern plant specially equipped with ring-forming rolls, flash-butt welder, power saws, multiple-head torch burners, automatic turret lathes, and supporting machines. Both the plant and equipment were designed and selected to provide maximum production rates. The result has been cost-savings in the production of the Vanco Ring gaskets.
