History

Agape Home Healthcare has been serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex with excellence and integrity since 1994. Over the years, many programs have been added to serve the growing needs of Agape's clients. In 2011, Agape moved from its previous location at 3030 Towne Centre Drive in Mesquite, TX to a larger office building at 18770 LBJ Freeway due to the growth of office personnel. The previous office building was used to open Agape Hospice Care in 2011.

Specialties

Agape Home Health Care provides many long term care services in the home at no cost to the client when they qualify under one or more of our state funded programs. These include: Primary Home Care Family Care Community Attendant Services Personal Care Services Community Based Alternatives Medically Dependant Children Program Community Living Assistance and Support Services Deaf-Blind Multiple Disabilities Consumer Directed Services Our Acute Care Home Health Division also provides the following: Registered Nurses Licensed Vocational Nurses Medical Social Workers Home Health Aides Speech Therapy Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies In addition, Agape Home Healthcare provides private duty home care and companion care through our private pay option. Through our sister company, Agape Hospice Care, we are also able to provide hospice services.
