S&B Engineers and Constructors is a privately held and fully diversified engineering, procurement and construction company with worldwide experience. Its headquarters and two other Houston-area offices are located minutes from Hobby Airport and the Houston Ship Channel and the Bayport/Pasadena industrial complexes. S&B provides the full scope of project services ranging from conceptual design and feasibility studies to engineering, procurement, construction and project management consulting. Its services include evaluation of client objectives, development of feasible engineering alternatives, review of agency regulations, economic analysis, project scoping and preparation of cost estimates and justifications for capital appropriations. S&B serves the process industries in the refining, petrochemical, chemical, polymer processing, pulp/paper, government and public works industry segments. Many of its clients are well-known Fortune 500 companies.

G. C. Engineering, Inc was established in 1978 by the Condodemetraky family. Doing work for banks and lending institutions, the business achieved a reputation for excellent workmanship and rapid turn-around time and grew to what is now a full service engineering and contracting firm. Being centrally located in Belmont, New Hampshire, GCE covers the states of New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. In the near future we will be expanding to Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island to cover all of New England.
