Very LAZY girl did not want to check by engine light because she said she needed a engine code... I did not understand this, since you have to check with the analyzer first but she continued to...

1 star is being generous. Worst service imaginable. Lazy bums at the counter who didn't want to change my car battery because it was raining - interesting, as my $135 battery was under warranty...
