I had the best experience at Advance Auto here in Bastrop Texas. I can't remember the name of the clerk, but she was so very very helpful to us. It was on a Sunday afternoon about three weeks ago....

I hate coming here! Customer Service is the worst, the staff ignores you and so does the manager! I wish they had another advance auto here in bastrop! Don't come here

Extremely rude "manager" lady. I've been shopping at Advance Auto since I was 16 (Western Auto) never have I seen such a rude person. She obviously hates her job and it shows

Teressa she was being all pissy and I was exchanging some bateres and she said she had to test ok and then she try's to make me pay when they have warranty and I was about to leave and she screams...
