I can not explain how much stress and uncertainty dealing with Accc. They can't get some of the most simple things accomplished. They have sent me Power of Attorney with the wrong car and v.i.n....

Wish I could give out 0 stars! Their client CAUSED the accident. A witness told HPD was happened and verified that we WERE NOT at fault. Their so-called claims rep took forever to get back to us...

Will not accept responsibility for the people or cars that they supposedly cover at the TIME of the accident. Annnnndddd will not respond. The state of Texas needs to put them out of business!
